Any cancellations must be received in writing at least 21 days prior to the commencement of the event. A cancellation fee will be incurred of 20% of the ticket price paid and the remainder refunded. If a cancellation is made less than 21 days before the event no fees will be refunded. A substitute delegate can be named at any time before the programme begins, provided that the event organisers are notified in advance.

 

The event programme may be subject to change. The Highlands & Islands Enterprise also reserves the right to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances and will not be not liable for any expenses incurred by delegates.
